Swim Spa Winterization

The complete water change service is as follows:

Prior to service, we perform a full inspection of the spa. To ensure the process is completed properly, we require the spa to be filled with water and heated to operating temperature before our arrival.

Our service includes running a Spa Serum flush treatment along with 2 ounces of chlorine through the system for approximately 30 minutes to sanitize and clean the plumbing lines. During this process, all jets must remain in the open position, air controls turned on, neck jets activated, waterfalls open, and water diverter valves positioned in the center to allow complete circulation of the flush and sanitizer throughout the entire hot tub plumbing system.

We clean the underside of the cover with mold and mildew cleaner, scrub and clean the topside of the cover and will condition the top side of the cover if it's a vinyl cover.

We soak the filters with a filter cleaner for 30 minutes and then rinsed off.

We clean all pillows and filter skimmer.

We clean the scum line, then drain, vacuum, clean

• We charge $575 to perform a hot tub winterization for spas up to 2 pumps and $50 for each additional pump
